KC Outdoor Adventure 

KC Outdoor Adventure is committed to complying with the GDPR and its principles.

Information is gathered for the sole purpose of providing safe guiding in a mountain environment, contacting the client with regards to the plan of action, the communication of correct clothing and equipment to ensure safe travel during the day and duration of the activity in accordance to the relevant risk assessment associated risks in a mountain environment. Next of kin information is gathered only for the event of an emergency.

This information is gathered and stored on a secure device owned and accessed only by KC Outdoor Adventure, and is deleted after the event.

Consent will be requested to use photographic material in the marketing of KC Outdoor Adventure activities. You are free to decline this request will be used, and if you do then photographs will not be taken, or deleted if taken in error.

Your information will not be shared with a third party unless they are contracted directly by KC outdoor Adventure and it is relevant to the safety of you as an individual and the group as a whole.

Insurance and Loss

Whilst KC Outdoor Adventure holds Public Liability Insurance and holds the appropriate qualification for the activities undertaken, the mountain environment is never devoid of risk.  KC Outdoor Adventure courses and guided days out do not  include any personal accident, cancellation, third party liability or personal injury insurance.  We recommend that you take out your own policy.  We accept no responsibility whatsoever in the event of any loss or damage to personal property.
