Purpose of collecting data

For communication prior to the booked event regarding the relevent safety gear and equipment as necessary for the activity being undertaken. Due to the remote nature of the environment of the proposed activity medical conditions must be disclosed for the safety of every individual in the event of an emergency. Next of kin information will also be requested for this purpose.  For financial records your booking form will be retained for up to 6 years in a secure location and then destroyed.  

Permission for the use of photographs will be requested.  If declined then photos will not be taken, or they will be deleted if taken in error and not used for future advertising or promotion.
